To say that Olivia has deep roots in Dallas is an understatement. Her great grandparents immigrated from Sicily and opened Dallas’ first-ever fish market in 1927. Both her grandparents and parents met on campus at SMU, and she grew up in the Park Cities. As a 4th generation Dallasite, Oliva truly knows the city like the back of her hand. Not only does she guide her clients to their perfect homes, but she also shows them where to find the best martini and burger around. Olivia began her real estate career specializing in rentals, founding realcoolapts.com in 2016. Since then, she’s had the pleasure of helping dozens of renters become first-time home buyers.
